Reservation and Booking Policies:

    • Guests can make reservations online through our website or by contacting us via phone or email.

    • To secure a reservation, we require your contact information, the number of guests, and your desired dates.

  2. Payment:

    • We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

    • A deposit of 30% of the total cost is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid upon check-in.

  3. Minimum Stay:

    • We have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights.

    • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
