To secure a reservation, we require your contact information, the number of guests, and your desired dates.
Payment:
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be paid upon check-in.
Minimum Stay:
We have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights.

Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
Late Arrivals:
If you plan to arrive outside of our regular check-in hours, please inform us in advance to make suitable arrangements.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
